Every Tide Boards product is covered by a two-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the purchase date.
What's covered
Delamination, construction faults, valve and handle failures, mast track defects, and hardware that fails under normal use.
What's not covered
Normal wear, damage from rocks/reefs/UV abuse, airline handling damage (covered by the airline), unauthorised repairs, and second-hand purchases without a receipt.
How to claim
Register your product, then contact us with your serial number, photos and a short description. Most claims are resolved within a week — we repair first, replace when needed.

This warranty adds to your local consumer rights — EU buyers keep their full legal guarantees.
