Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. EU delivery takes 3–5 business days, the rest of the world 7–14. Free EU shipping on orders over €99.
Can I track my order?
Yes — a tracking link is emailed as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us within 12 hours and we'll update or cancel it. After dispatch, use the 30-day return instead.
Returns & warranty
What is your return policy?
30 days on unused gear in original packaging. Start a return from your account or via the contact form.
What does the warranty cover?
Two years against manufacturing defects on boards, wings and rigs. Register your product to activate it.
My board was damaged in shipping — what now?
Photograph the damage, keep the packaging, and contact us within 7 days — we'll repair or replace it.

Hard board or inflatable?
Inflatable for travel and storage-friendly all-round use; hard boards for maximum performance. Our quiz in each collection page helps you pick.
What size wing should I start with?
Most riders start around 4.5 m² at 65–85 kg in 15–20 knots. The Aria range page has a full size chart.
Are your products really plastic-negative?
Yes — each board offsets more plastic than its build uses, through our Plastic Offset Program with partner crews.
How-to guides
Setting up your inflatable SUP
Unroll on a soft surface, inflate to 15–18 PSI, clip the leash, and check the valve cap. First paddle: knees first, then stand with feet hip-width.
Washing and storing your wing
Rinse fresh water, dry fully in shade, deflate, fold loosely. Never store wet or in a hot car.
Registering your warranty
Head to the registration page with your serial number — it's printed inside the bag and stamped near the fin box.
