A handcrafted miniature armoire wardrobe in the tall, quiet style of antique European closets, scaled to 1:12 dollhouse size. Two paneled doors, cast-brass handles, and a carved crown molding top make it the anchor piece of a miniature bedroom — built one piece at a time in our small workshop.
Details
The case stands tall and narrow, built from solid walnut with recessed panel doors framed by hand-cut stiles and rails. The crown molding along the top is shaped by hand to a gentle stepped profile, echoing the carved tops of nineteenth-century wardrobes without copying any single catalog design. Inside, a short hanging rail and one small shelf give the piece a plausible, useful interior.
Two cast-brass bail handles, tumbled to a soft patina, pull the doors shut, and each door swings on working hinges. Every exterior surface receives hand-rubbed linseed oil in thin buildable coats, leaving the walnut grain visible and the edges softly eased. We build these wardrobes in small batches, so the grain and tone vary gently from one piece to the next.

Each wardrobe is made to order and usually leaves our workshop within 3–5 business days. US orders ship tracked via USPS in 2–5 business days; international shipping is available with tracking.
